Automobile Liability

State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co.

Insurance covers owned, non-owned, rented, and leased vehicles.

Amounts:
$1,000,000 each accident
$5,000 medical liability each person
$100,000 uninsured motorist - each accident
$50,000 uninsured motorist - each person
$100,000underinsured vehicle - each accident
$50,000underinsured vehicle - each person

Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability

Arizona State Compensation Fund

Insurance is as prescribed by Arizona law.

Amounts:
$500,000bodily injury by accident - each accident
$500,000 bodily injury by disease - each employee
$500,000 bodily injury by disease - policy limit

Professional Liability Insurance

Due to high premiums and minimal need, we do not carry professional liability insurance.
If the appropriate need arises, then we wll acquire it.
